Thomas E. Chambers, III
Thomas Chambers serves as Managing Partner and was a founder of SaxonCantrell in 2011. He is responsible for the national Executive Search division and oversees the growth of the company.
In 2006, after a career in the professional tax and accounting software industry, Thomas made the transition into recruiting and executive consulting where he was able to guarantee exceptional results by tailoring services to his client's exact need. He found passion in partnering with corporate leadership to help drive significant improvements across entire organizations but found that the business model could not flourish within segmented recruiting agencies. Thus, the idea of SaxonCantrell was born.
He is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia where he attended on a Winshape scholarship through Truett Cathy and Chick-fil-A.
Thomas resides in Breckenridge, Colorado at 9,200 feet elevation with his wife, Kelley, and son, Andrew.
His favorite activity is backpacking in wilderness areas and he enjoys alpine and backcountry skiing during the winter.
